1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

Every Basezu order is handled with attentive care. Once your order is placed, our team begins the process of confirmation, quality inspection, and careful packaging.
Processing Time: 2–4 business days before your order leaves the warehouse.
Flat Shipping Fee: A standard rate of $5.99 applies to all destinations.

Please note: During holiday seasons or promotional periods, processing may extend up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order meets our standards.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Since our products are sourced from global partners to bring you the best in design and function, delivery timelines vary by region. Below are general estimates once your order has been shipped:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey.

Important: Carrier systems may take 1–3 business days to reflect tracking updates after the shipping label is created. If your tracking link doesn’t show immediate activity, don’t worry—your order is safely on its way.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All international shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that while Basezu covers the cost of shipping to your country, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.

These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. Basezu is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, nor can we predict or cover these fees in advance.


5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@Basezu.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your order enters the processing phase, we are unable to make changes or intercept the shipment. We appreciate your understanding.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priority.

📦 Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

🚚 Lost in Transit:
If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the package, or if the carrier confirms it as lost, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra cost.
